These edamame beans were carefully grown in the lush natural environment of Tanba Sasayama. They are harvested when fully ripe in the fields and bagged immediately after harvest to maintain their freshness. They can be used in a wide variety of ways, such as as a beer snack, in salads, or as an ingredient in cooking.
